We read everything. While the pilot runs and the systems are still being set up, a reply will take longer than we would like — we will answer when we can, and we would rather answer properly than quickly.

Privacy and security

A request about your own data, or a report about the security of the service, comes through the same form — say which it is in the first line and it is routed to the right person. We have not printed the addresses, and that is deliberate: an address on a page is an address harvested from a page, and a reply that bounces from a mailbox nobody reads is worse than a form.
